We have a specialty in maternal health for moms and fathers/partners. And we offer culturally congruent Doula Birthing Support. We are located in a growing, diverse community in the midtown Saint Louis area. Our basic aim is to contribute to the importance of mental, physical, and maternal health and to ensure communities have access to services offering various counseling services, Doula support and fun hip-hop music based spin classes. Our services are unique and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
